Last updated September 2026

Note for review: drafted in plain terms to describe how the Markaz actually operates. Not reviewed by a lawyer — please have it checked before launch, especially the counselling and fees sections.

Course materials

Recordings, notes and materials shared with enrolled students are for personal study. Please do not redistribute, resell, or republish them without permission. Sharing a course with a sister who would benefit is best done by pointing her to us.

Enrolment and access

Access to recorded courses is arranged individually, usually over WhatsApp. Live programmes may have limited places and specific start dates, which will be stated at the time of enrolment.

Fees

Al Qawareer services

Counselling and support offered through Al Qawareer is faith-based guidance. It is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment, and it is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed clinician or your local emergency services.

Content on this site

Articles and course descriptions are provided for benefit and general education. Rulings mentioned in courses are taught within their scholarly context; for a ruling on your own specific circumstances, please ask directly rather than relying on a general lesson.

Artwork

Historical artwork throughout this site is reproduced from the Open Access collection of The Metropolitan Museum of Art under CC0, and is credited where it appears.
