Note for review: this page states our actual current practice in plain terms. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Please have it checked before launch, particularly regarding the counselling services offered through Al Qawareer.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you submit. The form is processed by our WordPress installation atapp.markazalmidad.com. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we hold that correspondence in those accounts.

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this domain rather than a third-party CDN.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to administer enrolment in courses. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where required to operate the service (for example, our email and hosting providers).

Counselling confidentiality

What is discussed in an Al Qawareer counselling session is confidential and is not shared or used as teaching material. Al Qawareer is not a crisis service; if you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services.

Keeping and removing your information

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of enrolment. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to alqawar3r@gmail.com.

Children

The Children's Tarbiyah Programme is arranged with a parent or guardian, and enrolment details are provided by them rather than collected from a child.
